The client, a large online reseller of popular cannabis brands, began working with our team in early 2023. Our team developed and executed an omnichannel growth strategy which propelled online sales by nearly 35% in less than 6 months without increasing paid marketing budgets.

Problem Statement

Although the client had managed to set up and run ads on facebook, they had not figured out how to fully overcome the restrictions that would allow them to accurately track and attribute sales. Because of this, they were only able to blindly run traffic campaigns to their website rather than conversion objective campaigns with full tracking. Our team was able to resolve this issue and then take over the management of their paid campaigns with great success, achieving an average of 3:1 ROAS with 70%+ budget going towards new customer acquisition.
